On 16 of June,2020, at 4 p.m., Guangdong Fengyue Law Firm held the third meeting of shareholders and supervisors’ and lawyers’ business lines. The meeting was presided over by Principal Fengkai Xie, shareholder of gifted shares Guanghui Li, Yehan Ye, Junfeng Gu and Yong Qiu, proposed shareholder of gifted shares, Xi Chen, Hongting Lin and Danjie Wu, lawyers Zhirong Tian, Yishen Yu and Xiang Zhang, Director of International and Network Business Alex Ke, Party Branch Secretary Wanchun Chen, Weijia Luo, Lixuan Ouyang and Yichun Xie attended the meeting.

The first topic of the meeting was for Principal Fengkai Xie to introduce the law firm business situation during the COVID-19, especially the serious situation of lawyers without cases and the general decline in self-seeking cases. In view of the individual negative phenomena of the present lawyers, Mr Xie also stressed that all the key lawyers, especially the shareholder of gifted shares and the proposed shareholder of gifted shares, should bear in mind their identity and duties under the equity incentive mechanism of the law firm, then, financial officer Danjie Wu informed about the financial situation from January to May 2020 of the law firm. All the shareholders and participants expressed satisfaction with the good performance of the law firm business in such difficult times, and valuable suggestions and recommendations were made as well.

The second topic was to inform, discuss and consider the list of new proposed shareholder of gifted shares. According to the "system of shareholder of gifted shares" and the corporate reform and equity incentive plan, lawyers Xi Chen and Hongting Lin were assent and consent to become the proposed shareholders of gift shares and accept Danjie Wu's resignation as the proposed shareholder of gifted shares for personal reasons.

The last topic of the meeting was put forward by Mr Xie according to the outline of the second five-year development plan of Guangdong Fengyue Law Firm, and the task and implementation of realizing the eight major business lines by 2020 were concluded and summarized. It clarifies the development direction, detail perfection and new target of government project business, government consultant business, village house consultant business, state-owned enterprise consultant business, company consultant business, international business, network business etc. In particular, Mr. Xie stressed that no matter non-litigation, advisory, international or network business, all the supervisors must always enhance their service concepts, innovative working ideas and methods throughout the process of providing legal services, duties performing in every detail. Innovation as survival, innovation as development, innovation as life!

The meeting was successfully concluded in a harmonious, honest and warm atmosphere.

Lawyer Xueyang Cai, the shareholder of gifted shares, was absent in this meeting.
