On May 17, 2021, Ouyang Lixuan, director of International and Network Department, Huang Ziyu, member of International and Network Department, and Xie Haohan, paralegal, went to Chaozhou to participate in the training on foreign-related legal services in eastern Guangdong.The activity is divided into three lectures in the morning and afternoon, covering overseas intellectual property rights, international trade, and foreign-related legal services.The purpose of this activity is to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and all previous plenary sessions of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, to build a capable and professional team of foreign-related legal service, and promote high-quality economic development and social stability in eastern Guangdong.

At 9:00 a.m., Lawyer Zeng Yun, a leading member of Guangdong Province's foreign-related lawyers, gave a lecture on the types of risks of overseas intellectual property rights with the title of "Selection and Strategies for Coping with Legal Risks of Overseas Intellectual Property Rights in the New Situation". In the 337 investigation by the United States, Chinese lawyers were not bystanders. Intellectual property rights are not only the moat of enterprise competition, but also the teeth and claws of enterprise for cracking.
