From 28 to 29 of August,2020, more than 20 lawyers and administrators of Guangdong Fengyue Law Firm travel to Nanao County for a two-days trip. And held the fourth of 2020 Year Shareholder of Gifted Shares' Meeting and the first of 2020 Year Lawyers' Congress.

At 2 p.m. on 28 of August, the fourth of 2020 Year Shareholder of Gifted Shares' Meeting held at the Hotel Vienna on this holiday. The meeting was presided over by Principal Fengkai Xie, shareholders of gifted shares Guanghui Li, Yehan Ye, Yong Qiu, Junfeng Gu, shareholders of the proposed gift shares Xi Chen and Hongting Lin, attended this meeting. Party branch secretary Wanchun Chen, accountant Zijie Rui and office administrator Alex Ke attend the meeting as nonvoting delegates. Shareholder of gifted shares and lawyer Xueyang Cail absent the meeting.

At 04:30 p.m. on the same day, the first of 2020 Year Lawyers' Congress was held in the second floor conference room of the back Garden Scenic Spot of Shenao Town, Nanao County. The meeting was presided by Principal Fengkai Xie, and attended by lawyers and administrators Guanghui Li, Yehan Ye, Yong Qiu, Junfeng Gu, Zhirong Tian, Xiping Chen, Yishen Yu, Hongting Lin, Xi Chen, Jie Xie, Xiang Zhang, Jiafan Xiao, Miaoying Wu, Lixuan Ouyang, Alex Ke, Danjie Wu,  Xichun Chen, Haohan Xie, Zijie Rui etc. Director of Houzhai Judicial Institute of Nanao County Jiazhen Yan was invited to attend this meeting; Yehan Ye's family, Xiping Chen's family and office administrator Alex Ke's family as family representatives, were invited to observe this lawyers' congress.

At the beginning of the meeting, Principal Fengkai Xie first introduced the business situation of the major business lines during the outbreak of the law firm. The development direction, detail perfection and new target task of the major line business such as government project business, government consultant business, village house consultant business, state-owned enterprise consultant business, company consultant business, international business, network business are defined. In particular, Mr. Xie stressed that, no matter non-litigation business, consultancy business, international business or web operations business, the directors must always integrate into the work environment, innovate their working ideas, upgrade their service concepts, improve their service quality and innovate their working methods throughout the process of providing legal services and performing their duties in every detail. Innovation as survival, innovation as development, innovation as life; secondly, accountant Danjie Wu informed the financial situation in the first half of 2020 of the law firm. All the shareholders and participants expressed satisfaction with the good performance of the law firm's business in such difficult times. At the same time, the participants expressed their views and the atmosphere was warm, and one after another put forward their valuable suggestions for the overall development of the law firm. Then, according to the corporatization reform and equity incentive scheme of the law firm, the meeting unanimously voted by secret ballot Xi Chen and Hongting Lin to become the shareholders of gifted shares through the democratic election. Subsequently, two new gift shareholders made a statement. At the end of the meeting, three lawyers, Fengkai Xie, Yehan Ye and Guanghui Li respectively issued the stock certificates to each shareholder of gifted shares.

On a two-day and one-night trip, all the staffs are very enjoyed it and have a good time during this trip. The Institute insisted on having various forms of cultural and recreational tourism activities over the years, this is what the law firm's best show and promise.
