In the afternoon of 3rd December 2019, lawyer Fengkai Xie and lawyer Junfeng Gu visited our client, a foreign trade enterprise, who is a member of Shantou Import and Export Trade Chamber of Commerce. They discussed a successful international arbitration case represented by our law firm, concerning the following enforcement issue and follow-up consulting work in Argentina. They also introduced and explained to the client the provisions of international law and conventions, the technical issues and our experience in foreign litigation.
