The Guangdong Fengyue Law Firm International Professionals Recruitment Fair

At 10:00 am on November 14, 2019, Guangdong Fengyue Law Firm held a job fair for international business professionals in the conference room. The interview was preside over by Professor Guanghui Li, a shareholder granted by the law firm. Also Dr. Junfeng Gu, lawyer Yishen Yu and Hongting Lin and office administrator Danjie Wu attended the job fair as members of the interview team. Party branch secretary Wanchun Chen and proposed trainee lawyer Jin He sitted beside the interview team.



First of all, Professor Guanghui Li, on behalf of Guangdong Fengyue Law Firm, welcomed the applicant Alex Ke who was graduated from Australia with a Master's degree and have 15 years of study and work experience. He made a simple self-introduction of beginning, then presented his educational background, work experience and family life etc. three areas to the whole team. After that, members of the interview team asked questions about the applicant's working experience in Australia as well as his understanding for the internationalization of the law firm, the construction of the company and his understanding for the position of international business and future work planning basic by the situation of law firm international business development and the prospect of the Australian market.



At the end of the session, the interview team reviewed and voted on the written test of the applicant, and all agreed to hire Alex Ke as the assistant of international business department of Guangdong Fengyue Law Firm.


In recent years, with the gradual expansion of our foreign-related business, only four lawyers with long time overseas working and studying experiences have not enough for the growing needs of foreign-related business development due to their working conditions. In order to expand the international business team and improve the level of foreign-related business, it has became an urgent matter to hire more international business talents.
