On February 27, 2019, at 4 p.m., Xie Haohan, an external practice assistant, represented lawyer Xie Fengkai on the 11th Council of the Fourth Membership Conference of Shantou Import and Export Chamber of Commerce. The meeting voted and passed  five report proposals, namely, the Work Report of Shantou Import and Export Chamber of Commerce for 2018 and the Work Plan for 2019, the Financial Income and Expenditure Report of Shantou Import and Export Chamber for 2018 and the Financial Budget Report for 2019, and the Proposal for Revising the Procedure of Shantou Import and Export Chamber of Commerce. After the meeting, all the members and the representatives of the board took photos.

    At 5 p.m., the 6th plenary meeting of the 4th Membership Conference of Shantou Import and Export Chamber of Commerce and the Spring Festival of 2019 were solemnly held. At the meeting, the Director of the Bureau of Commerce made a speech, and the deputy mayor, the deputy secretary-general and the director of the Civil Affairs Bureau attended the meeting. The meeting briefed members on the eleventh meeting of the Council of the Fourth Congress of the Chamber of Commerce, and unanimously passed relevant issues.

    After the conference, Xie Haohan attended a grand and warm spring tea dinner held by the Municipal Import and Export Chamber of Commerce.
