Lawyer Xie attends a municipal seminar on mental health and crime prevention

In the afternoon of August 31, 2011, lawyer Xie
Fengkai was invited to attend a seminar discussing the mental health
problem and prevention of crime issue of teenagers. The seminar was held
by the Shantou Committee of People's Political Consultative
Conference(CPPCC) social and legal committee.
