Lawyer Fengkai Xie and Guanghui Li, who is also a Law Professor in STU, were nominated by the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Shantou Committee as the candidates of “non-standing
committee member of Shantou Municipal Government Administrative Review
Committee”. There are two channels of recruitment for the non-standing
committee members: ①through open recruitment to the society; ②nominated
by related departments. Recently, THREE members from all the CPPCC
members were nominated by CPPCC Shantou Committee to be candidates of
“non-standing committee members of Shantou Municipal Government
Administrative Review Committee”.
