On June 24, 2010,
Guangdong Fengyue Law Firm was authorized by a Singapore client, started
working as the agent of Shantou Sanhe Make Fruit Co. Ltd. (hereinafter
referred as Sanhe Co.), which is a company invested by the Singapore
client. One of the registered trademarks owned by Sanhe Co. was
illegally transferred, and our job as the agent is to put forward a
dissidence to the related bureau of trademark administration.
Now Lawyer Xie Fengkai (Peter) and Lawyer Zhang Songbiao (Raymond) are assigned to be the attorney agents of this case.
