A contract of notarization service concerning
purchasing overseas houses was signed between Guangdong Fengyue Law Firm
and our client on March 22, 2010. Mr. Zhang Songbiao (Raymond Zhang), a
lawyer of our Firm was assigned to work as the agent attorney to handle
the international legal matter.
