In the morning of Oct.28th 2009, invited by the Standing Committee of Shantou Municipal People’s
Congress, our part time lawyer of Shantou University Law School
Professor Li Guanghui attended a legislative research symposium
regarding the comments and suggestions to Shantou Youth Voluntary Service Regulations which
was held by internal and judicial work committee of Shantou Municipal
People’s Congress. Focusing on existing problems of legislative comment
draft, Professor Li Guanghui expressed his comments and suggestions from
different aspects which received great appraisal from other
representatives.
It is reported that Shantou Youth Voluntary Service Regulations would possibly be passed by the year of 2010.
