The Institute set up a legal advisory department, in charge of the government series of legal advisers, the company's general legal advisers, grass-roots village legal advisers, owners' meetings and industry committees and other legal advisers.
The Department consists of lawyers with senior judicial administration experience and government legal consultant experience. With the duty lawyer, stationed lawyer, daily visit, legal consultation, legal lecture, legal opinion, team discussion, team support, team solution and other service models, in-depth link with the advisory unit, customized for the advisory unit to meet the actual requirements of the service mode. Among them, for the owners' meeting and the establishment of the industry committee, legal procedures, residential property management disputes, to provide all-round, full coverage of professional legal advisory services, is a new field of legal advisory services business.
Since 2016, our team of lawyers has served as Shantou Municipal Bureau of Letters and visits, Longhu District Government, Jinping District Government, Shantou City Emergency Bureau, Shantou Nanao County Agricultural and Rural Bureau and Shantou City more than 60 village legal advisers. Through the provision of legal services for government units, corporate units, owners' meetings, industry committees, villages, etc., to increase knowledge, accumulate experience and raise awareness.
